About me

For me, psychotherapy means engaging with people through their very personal life stories and accompanying them for a while on their journey. For more than ten years, I have been working as a psychologist and psychological psychotherapist with people who are at different stages of life, facing challenges or wishing to make a change in their lives.

In my therapeutic work, I see time and again how valuable it can be to have a safe space where everything is allowed to be present: distressing experiences, inner conflicts, doubts, desires for change, and also one’s own strengths and resources. I approach you with the conviction that every person brings their own story with them and already possesses within themselves much that can be helpful for growth and change.

A trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship is particularly important to me. I aim to engage with you with openness and respect, on an equal footing. I take a clear and structured approach, whilst also leaving room for whatever arises in the moment – and sometimes, alongside serious topics, there is room for a little humour.

My therapeutic approach is characterised by curiosity about people, respect for individual life journeys, and the belief that change is possible wherever it is desired.
